- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 3 ripe pears sliced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped unsalted pistachios
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the tart shell in a baking dish.
