Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
Cut out heart shapes from the rolled pastry.
Spread a teaspoon of Nutella on the center of half the heart shapes.
Top each Nutella-filled heart with another pastry heart shape.
Crimp the edges with a fork to secure the hearts.
Brush the tops with egg wash.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool briefly on a wire rack.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
