Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup powdered sugar optional, for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread them evenly in the greased dish.
  4. Add the blueberries evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls and blueberries, making sure to coat everything evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle with powdered sugar if desired.
