  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup French fried onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the green beans by trimming the ends and cutting them into 2-inch pieces.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced onions.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and continue sautéing until they are soft.
  5. Stir in the green beans, heavy cream, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
