Ingredients

  • 1 round Brie cheese about 8 ounces
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme chopped
  • 1 baguette sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the Brie in a small oven-safe dish or on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the top of the Brie.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cranberry sauce.
  • Drizzle honey and sprinkle fresh herbs over the layered ingredients.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • While the Brie is baking, toast the baguette slices.
