Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust 9-inch
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the pie crust by fitting it into a 9-inch pie dish.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries and 1/2 cup of sugar; cook until cranberries burst.
