Trim and blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then shock in ice water.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
Stir in the blanched green beans until evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
Top the casserole with crispy fried onions.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
