Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs fresh green beans
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Trim and blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then shock in ice water.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stir in the blanched green beans until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Top the casserole with crispy fried onions.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
