- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Trim and blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then shock in ice water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in the blanched green beans until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top the casserole with crispy fried onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
