- Prepare the broccoli by steaming until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine steamed broccoli, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, and seasonings.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat (or preheat the oven).
- Fry or bake the broccoli cheese balls until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
