Add the ground turkey to the pot and cook until browned.
Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add the diced tomatoes with green chiles and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
Bring the mixture to a simmer, then add in the elbow macaroni.
Cover the pot and cook until the macaroni is tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Once the macaroni is cooked, stir in the drained chili beans and shredded cheddar cheese.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes over low heat until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
