Delicious Turkey Chili Mac & Cheese for Cozy Nights

This Turkey Chili Mac & Cheese combines zesty flavors with creamy textures, making it an ideal dish for cozy gatherings or a satisfying weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can 15 oz chili beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the ground turkey to the pot and cook until browned.
  • Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the diced tomatoes with green chiles and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  • Bring the mixture to a simmer, then add in the elbow macaroni.
  • Cover the pot and cook until the macaroni is tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Once the macaroni is cooked, stir in the drained chili beans and shredded cheddar cheese.
