Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs like parsley or dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and crumbled blue cheese.
  • Add the green onions, chopped nuts, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and freshly chopped herbs to the cheese mixture.
  • Season with black pepper and mix until well combined.
  • Shape the cheese mixture into a ball or a log and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate the cheese ball for at least two hours or overnight.
