Delicious Cranberry, Camembert & Pistachio Puff Pastry
Cranberry, Camembert & Pistachio Christmas Tree Puff Pastry made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 200 g Camembert cheese
- 150 g cranberry sauce
- 50 g pistachios chopped
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped (optional)
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Cut the puff pastry into the shape of a Christmas tree.
Spread cranberry sauce over the pastry base.
Place sliced Camembert over the cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle chopped pistachios and rosemary over the cheese.
Fold the pastry over the filling to create the tree shape.
Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
