Delicious Cranberry, Camembert & Pistachio Puff Pastry

Cranberry, Camembert & Pistachio Christmas Tree Puff Pastry made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 200 g Camembert cheese
  • 150 g cranberry sauce
  • 50 g pistachios chopped
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  • Cut the puff pastry into the shape of a Christmas tree.
  • Spread cranberry sauce over the pastry base.
  • Place sliced Camembert over the cranberry sauce.
  • Sprinkle chopped pistachios and rosemary over the cheese.
  • Fold the pastry over the filling to create the tree shape.
  • Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
