Delicious Choc Chip Banana Muffins for All Occasions

These Choc Chip Banana Muffins boast a warm, moist texture with rich chocolate and ripe banana flavors, making them an ideal snack for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and mashed bananas.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Spoon the batter into a lined muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
