Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large pita or flatbreads
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1/2 cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup tahini sauce or garlic yogurt sauce

Instructions

  • Prepare the marinade by combining the spices and olive oil in a bowl.
  • Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
