Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1 can 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blanch the green beans in salted boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, garlic, and black pepper.
  4. Add the blanched green beans to the soup mixture, stirring gently to combine.
  5. Fold in half of the crispy fried onions.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling.
  8. Top with the remaining crispy fried onions and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
