Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
  • In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer the hashbrowns, crumbled bacon, and cheese.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients evenly.
