Delicious Bacon, Egg, and Hashbrown Casserole Delight

Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer the hashbrowns, crumbled bacon, and cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients evenly.
  6. Sprinkle additional cheese on top, if desired.
  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes until set and golden brown on top.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
