Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer the hashbrowns, crumbled bacon, and cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients evenly.
- Sprinkle additional cheese on top, if desired.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until set and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
