Ingredients

  • 2 cans 16.3 oz refrigerated biscuits
  • 3 –4 medium-sized apples peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it with a non-stick spray or butter.
  • Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and place them in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and pecans (if using).
  • Fold the apple mixture into the cut biscuits gently until coated.
  • Pour the melted butter evenly over the biscuit and apple mixture in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30–35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the apples are bubbly.
