Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower rice, cream cheese, and almond milk.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheese evenly across the surface.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
