Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower rice, cream cheese, and almond milk.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
