Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and Parmesan together until light and fluffy.
  • Add the rosemary, salt, black pepper, and baking powder to the mixture, then blend well.
  • Gradually add the flour, mixing just until the dough comes together.
  • Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Cut out desired shapes using a cookie cutter or knife, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
