  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with salt and pepper.
  3. In one bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly.
  5. Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.

  7. While the chicken is baking, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  8. In a large skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic.
  9. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  10. Remove the chicken from the oven, let it rest briefly, then slice.
  11. Serve the chicken over the garlic butter spaghetti, garnished with parsley.
