Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with salt and pepper.
- In one bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly.
- Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- While the chicken is baking, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
- Remove the chicken from the oven, let it rest briefly, then slice.
- Serve the chicken over the garlic butter spaghetti, garnished with parsley.
