Roll the dough into a thin sheet and cut out circles.
Place a scoop of marinara sauce, cheese, and toppings on one half of each circle.
Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Spray the fryer basket with cooking spray and place the pockets inside without overcrowding.
Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool briefly before serving.
