Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup assorted toppings e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, onions
  • Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Combine flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Stir in olive oil and warm water until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes covered with a cloth.
  5. Roll the dough into a thin sheet and cut out circles.
  6. Place a scoop of marinara sauce, cheese, and toppings on one half of each circle.
  7. Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
  8. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Spray the fryer basket with cooking spray and place the pockets inside without overcrowding.
  10. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from the air fryer and let cool briefly before serving.
