Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying vegetable or canola

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into sticks.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Season the flour with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan until it's hot enough for frying.
  5. Fry the chicken sticks in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
  6. Place the fried sticks on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
  7. Toss the fried sticks in Buffalo sauce before serving.
  8. Serve immediately with dipping sauces of your choice.
