Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
Place the marinated chicken breasts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
While the chicken bakes, sauté the cherry tomatoes and spinach in a skillet over medium heat.
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Top the chicken with the sautéed tomatoes, spinach, and feta cheese.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
