Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
