  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • Fresh veggies for serving carrots, celery, etc.

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, taco seasoning, cilantro, bell peppers, and green onions.
  2. Once combined, shape the mixture into a large ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  3. After chilling, unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the crushed tortilla chips to coat evenly.
  4. Transfer the taco cheese ball onto a serving platter and arrange fresh veggies around it for dipping.
  5. Serve with additional tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette for extra dipping options.
