Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 2 medium zucchinis sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced zucchini and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Stir in the cooked chicken, heavy cream, mozzarella, basil, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
