Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced zucchini and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly tender.
- Stir in the cooked chicken, heavy cream, mozzarella, basil, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
