Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the garlic for roasting.
  3. Roast the garlic for about 30-35 minutes.
  4. Cook your pasta according to package instructions.
  5. In a saucepan, combine the roasted garlic and heavy cream over low heat.
  6. Add the lemon juice and zest, then stir in the Parmesan cheese.
