  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  2. Drain the pasta, reserving about 1 cup of the cooking water.
