Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the minced garlic and butter to the skillet, stirring until the butter is melted.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  7. Combine the cooked rotini with the creamy sauce in the skillet.
  8. Finish with crushed red pepper flakes and fresh parsley, if desired.
