- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
- Drain and set the green beans aside, then sauté the mushrooms, onion, and garlic in a skillet.
- Combine the sautéed mixture with heavy cream, vegetable broth, and soy sauce.
- Fold in the blanched green beans and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with French fried onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
