- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- Salt and pepper to taste
