Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 2-3 fresh jalapeños finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 red bell pepper for decoration

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and green onions.
  • Stir the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined, adjusting seasoning if needed.
  • Shape the mixture into a football shape, pressing firmly to ensure it holds together.
  • Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  • While the cheese ball is chilling, crush the tortilla chips in a zip-top bag until fine and set aside.
