Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1- inch piece ginger minced
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup bok choy chopped
  • 2 cups potstickers store-bought or homemade
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Sesame oil for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion, cooking until translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add bok choy and potstickers, continuing to simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Season with soy sauce, adjusting to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions.
  8. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
