- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs with melted butter, stirring well to coat.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Once baked, let it cool for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
