Ingredients

  • 1 32 oz bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 lb ribeye steak or sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms optional
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven and bake the tater tots.
  • Sauté the steak slices in olive oil.
  • Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet.
  • Make the cheese sauce.
  • Combine the meat and vegetables with the cheese sauce.
  • Once the tater tots are crispy, remove them from the oven.
  • Assemble the loaded tots.
  • Garnish and serve.
