- 1 32 oz bag frozen tater tots
- 1 lb ribeye steak or sirloin thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms optional
- 1 onion diced
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Preheat your oven and bake the tater tots.
Sauté the steak slices in olive oil.
Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet.
Make the cheese sauce.
