Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, chili crisp, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 30–60 seconds until fragrant (do not burn).
Add cooked noodles to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Toss well to coat evenly.
Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly until noodles are glossy and infused with flavor.
Remove from heat and top with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
Serve immediately as a main dish or alongside your favorite protein.
