Method
- Place chicken ham and Swiss cheese inside each chicken breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown chicken on all sides.
- Transfer to baking dish and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
- In saucepan, simmer cream and Parmesan until thickened.
- Pour sauce over chicken and serve warm.
