Ingredients

  • 2 cans 8 oz each refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 lb Italian sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce for dipping
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook and crumble the Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet, pressing the seams together to form a single layer.
  • Layer the cooked sausage, pepperoni slices, and mozzarella cheese over the crescent roll dough.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on top of the filling.
  • Wrap the crescent roll dough around the filling, pinching the seams to seal.
  • Brush the outside of the wrapped dough with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
