Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook and crumble the Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet, pressing the seams together to form a single layer.
Layer the cooked sausage, pepperoni slices, and mozzarella cheese over the crescent roll dough.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on top of the filling.
Wrap the crescent roll dough around the filling, pinching the seams to seal.
Brush the outside of the wrapped dough with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
