A Delicious Air-Fryer Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich

Crispy air-fried bacon, a fluffy egg, and melty cheese come together in this satisfying breakfast sandwich, delivering bold flavors and a delightful texture.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices of cheese Cheddar or American
  • 2 slices of bread your choice
  • Butter or olive oil for toasting
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lay the bacon slices in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the bacon for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
  • Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the grease in the basket.
  • Crack the eggs into the basket and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the eggs for about 6-8 minutes, checking for doneness.
  • Add cheese slices on top of the eggs for the last minute of cooking.
  • Toast the bread using a little butter or olive oil.
  • Assemble the sandwich: layer bacon, eggs, and cheese between the toasted bread slices.
