A Delicious Air-Fryer Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich
Crispy air-fried bacon, a fluffy egg, and melty cheese come together in this satisfying breakfast sandwich, delivering bold flavors and a delightful texture.
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices of cheese Cheddar or American
- 2 slices of bread your choice
- Butter or olive oil for toasting
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Lay the bacon slices in the air fryer basket.
Cook the bacon for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the grease in the basket.
Crack the eggs into the basket and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the eggs for about 6-8 minutes, checking for doneness.
Add cheese slices on top of the eggs for the last minute of cooking.
Toast the bread using a little butter or olive oil.
Assemble the sandwich: layer bacon, eggs, and cheese between the toasted bread slices.
