2 cups flour

3/4 cup warm water

1 packet yeast (2 1/4 tsp)

1 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup finely chopped cabbage

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions

Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes.

Add flour and salt, knead until smooth. Cover and let rise 1 hour.

Mix veggies with soy sauce for filling.

Roll dough into small circles, add filling, and seal.

Heat oil in a skillet, pan-fry buns until bottoms are golden.

Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and steam 8 minutes.
