Instructions
1️⃣ In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, mango, banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt (if using), and shredded coconut.
2️⃣ Blend on high speed until smooth and thick. If needed, add a splash more coconut milk to help it blend.
3️⃣ Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
4️⃣ Top with extra shredded coconut, sliced banana, berries, chia seeds, or granola as desired.
5️⃣ Serve immediately and enjoy your sunny tropical treat!
