Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • 1/2 cup chocolate frosting


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

  2. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Stir in flour, cocoa, and baking powder.

  3. Spread batter in pan and bake 12 minutes.

  4. Roll cake in a towel while warm. Cool.

  5. Unroll, spread whipped cream, re-roll, and frost with chocolate frosting.
