1 9-inch pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

4 large tomatoes, sliced

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1/2 cup chopped basil

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup grated cheddar

1/2 cup mayonnaise
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Bake pie crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.

Layer sliced tomatoes over paper towels, sprinkle with salt, and let sit 10 minutes.

In the crust, layer tomatoes, green onions, and basil.

Mix cheeses and mayo, then spread over top.

Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
