2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 cup butter, softened

2 cups fresh or frozen huckleberries

1/2 cup sugar (for filling)

1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix flour, 1/2 cup sugar, salt, and butter to form a crumbly dough.

Press half into a greased 9×13 pan.

Toss huckleberries with 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch, then spread over crust.

Sprinkle remaining dough on top.

Bake 35–40 minutes until golden. Cool before cutting.
