2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

3/4 cup butter, softened

1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained and chopped

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar (for filling)

1 egg

1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and butter to make a crumbly dough.

Press 2/3 into a greased 9×13 pan.

Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over crust.

Scatter peaches over filling, then sprinkle remaining dough on top.

Bake 30–35 minutes until golden. Cool before cutting.
