Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and butter to make a crumbly dough.

  3. Press 2/3 into a greased 9×13 pan.

  4. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over crust.

  5. Scatter peaches over filling, then sprinkle remaining dough on top.

  6. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden. Cool before cutting.
