1 lb ground beef

2 medium zucchinis, diced

1/2 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.

Stir in zucchini, tomatoes, and seasoning.

Cook for 10–12 minutes, until zucchini is tender.
