1 can refrigerated biscuits

1/2 lb sliced roast beef

4 slices provolone cheese

1 packet au jus mix

2 tbsp butter (optional for brushing)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Flatten biscuits, fill each with roast beef and cheese, then fold closed.

Place on baking sheet, brush with butter if desired.

Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.

Prepare au jus according to packet and serve for dipping.
