  • 2 lbs beef ribs

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 300°F.
2️⃣ Remove membrane from the back of the ribs if needed.
3️⃣ In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4️⃣ Rub spice mix all over the ribs.
5️⃣ Wrap ribs tightly in foil and place on a baking sheet.
6️⃣ Bake for 2.5–3 hours, until tender.
7️⃣ Carefully remove foil, brush ribs with BBQ sauce, and broil for 3–5 minutes to caramelize.
