Tater Tot Casserole with Ground Beef: The Ultimate Comfort Food Classic

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Brown beef in a skillet, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain grease.

  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup and half the cheese.

  • Pour into a 9×13 baking dish, top with tater tots, then sprinkle remaining cheese.

 

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
