Ingredients

  • 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, eggs, and butter. Pour into baking dish.

  3. Mix topping ingredients, sprinkle over potatoes.

  4. Bake 30 minutes until golden.
