1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks

1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken pieces, season with pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.

Pour in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat chicken evenly.

Simmer for 2–3 minutes to heat sauce through.

Garnish with green onions if desired and serve.
